Looking for a quiet, clean person to share an awesome condominium.
Downstairs has kitchen, family room (with TV and piano), restroom, patio, washer and dryer are free to use and in the home, air conditioning (set to 73), and some garage storage space (plenty of parking on the street).
Condominium grounds have a pool, are next to a park with tennis and basketball courts, and are surrounded by a gorgeous golf course.
Only minutes from the Gold line, Azusa Pacific (APU) and Citrus College, Target, Smart and Final, Starbucks, and Costco.
Bedroom is ~120²ft. Includes counter and cabinet space in Kitchen.
The room can be furnished with full or queen size bed, dresser, desk, and bookshelf, but if you have your own things, that’s fine too.
About the roomies
Bathroom is shared with one person. Living space is shared with two people. Bathroom is pretty clean and kitchen is very clean.
One roommate (who has her own bathroom) is very clean, other roommate is clean. Both are very friendly and communicative and willing to work through issues. One has a small dog who is very friendly. Both roommates work a lot and are not in the house much. Dog does not bark and lives in the room not the whole house.
