The home is a warm space that shares an updated kitchen with granite countertops and tile floors. The home has a large yard with a patio deck to hang out on. Here is some information about the current roommates: Daniel (26) is an engineer and car enthusiast and has been at the home last December 2020. Noah is a recent addition and a professional at the home, and Ezrie is an international student finishing up his visa. The house gets along well and does a fantastic job keeping the space tidy, positive, and comfortable for everyone. I as the manager, work hard to find qualified and compatible roommates to make the home a positive and healthy environment. I just had the furnace, hot water tank, and did major updates during COVID so the home is in great condition.
