5th Street

The apartment is located several blocks from the 3rd Street Promenade in Downtown Santa Monica. Close to all the action, but a safe and quiet distance away. This is the larger of the two rooms, considered the master however it has a shared bathroom. The room is significantly larger than the other, with wall to wall mirror sliding closet doors and tons of closet space. Hardwood floors, white walls. The room is in the corner of the building with large windows on the corner with a nice view of the neighborhood and tall palm trees.

The unit is townhouse style with a half bath downstairs along with the kitchen and living room. Upstairs you’ll find the two bedrooms and the shared bathroom.

You will be sharing the unit with one other person. He is a single, young professional working near Venice. His work hours are 9a-5p, usually followed by the gym and then back to the apartment to cook a small dinner. Weekdays are usually pretty quiet with minimal guests. Having a few drinks before going out is not uncommon, but the party is almost never at our place. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and professional. No couple please, sharing a bathroom with 3 people is just too many.
