Hello! This is a second bedroom in a townhouse, the bathroom upstairs would be all yours. It is not furnished. I have a cat and dog so must be ok with animals. They are both very well behaved and love all the cuddles. Parking spot available. Internet isn’t included in overall rent - it’s $32 a month. Electricity and water is included in rent. The townhouse is 3 bed 3 bathroom - third bedroom is my office. No additional pets please. I am looking for another female roommate around my age.

I’m a 28 year old female in sales. I bought this townhome back in April and my current roommate has to move out. I am looking for someone to fill her spot! I’m originally from Columbia, Md and moved to Annapolis a few years ago. I love traveling, happy hour, hanging with friends and outdoor activities. There’s an awesome park about .5 from the house that has a nice walking trail through the woods along the water!
