Master bedroom for rent in a beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom waterfront home set in the scenic and gated neighborhood of Radiant Lake, ID. You will be steps away from the water and there are 5 parks within the community including a volleyball court and a basketball court. The use of Paddle boats, Windsurfers, and Electric motorboats and Rafts are all permitted. The room can be furnished or unfurnished with utilities (electricity, gas, and internet/cable) split equally and you will have full access to the common areas (kitchen, living room, back patio, etc). The neighborhood is quiet and especially friendly, with neighbors going out of their way to help. Rent is $1,000 per month with a $1,000 deposit.
