Laura's room

This is a lakefront home. Private entrance and parking outside your living room. Very peaceful and quiet area with a lot of privacy. Unit recently updated including new appliances. Utilities run about $75 in the summer and winter and about $50 the other months. If you would be uncomfortable living by yourself for any reason, this won’t be a good fit for you simply because I am now splitting my time at this house, another house, and traveling down south to visit my son and friends.

I don’t care if you’re gay or straight, male or female, Jew/Gentile/Atheist, young or old, or anything else that divides because in my most humble opinion; a person is either decent and follows the golden rule of treating others as they would want to be treated themselves or they don’t. Looking for one person (sorry, no couples) who is decent.

Editing to add the following: One pet only. If you have a cat; it must be declawed & spayed/neutered and must have good litter box habits. If you have a dog, it must be spayed/neutered, current on all vaccines and super friendly with the “love-everybody-and-other-animals” temperament of a happy go lucky lab or golden.
