Easy going couple renting out a non furnished upstairs room over looking the pool. Good size - approx 11 X 14 plus the closet space. If someone needed furnished, I have a guest room right next to the empty one with a queen bed and tv so that may be a consideration. All of the upstairs and bedrooms have just been re-carpeted.

House is 4 Bedroom / 3 bath in Carlsbad (La Costa), approx 3000 sf, on a large lot. Granite kitchen counters. Hardwood downstairs. 2 refrigerators / Washer/ Dryer. Pool.

We’re looking for a roomie with full time employment or college who is clean, friendly, and considerate. Sorry but no pets please.

Room rent is 850 for the unfurnished room - 900 for the furnished / month. Price is for 6 mo min.
