About the room
The house for rent is a two story house and has six bedrooms. The room for rent is on the second story, which is one of three bedrooms on the second floor. This room shares a bathroom with another person. All roomies share the kitchen, living room/ dining room, and laundry. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. You may have street parking available. You will be close to shopping and restaurants. The freeway is a 5 - 10 minute drive away. The neighborhood is family oriented and established.
About the roomies
Everyone is 40+. Two are retired. They have been living together for years. They usually solve their problems without getting me involved. They also look out for each other. They respect each other, their private spaces and possessions. The gentleman you will be sharing the bathroom works night shifts.
