Laundry is in the building and there is a beautiful shared common backyard garden to enjoy the sun, flowers and barbecue. Water and trash is included and gas/electric is split 50/50 with your roommate. Residents enjoy on-street parking with a Jersey City parking registration sticker and there is monthly parking available just up the street if you want to go that route. Overall great place to call home!

Shared with just one person, a young professional female who works full time in Hoboken, New Jersey and is neat and responsible. She has 2 young cats so you have to be good with the cute furry guys in the apt.
