About the room
This is a property convenient to OIT and downtown. This is the smaller of two rooms rented on the second floor of the house. It is a new house, three years old, and I like to keep it clean and nice. Tenants are expected to clean the shared bathroom weekly and keep the upstairs halls clean. No outdoor shoes are to be worn inside the house.
The room dimensions are 10’ 8“ x 10’ 8“. There are shared areas including kitchen, living room, and dining room. Washer and dryer are available to tenants as well as space to dry clothes outdoors if you like that fresh air scent. Another perk of the place is free eggs. I raise chickens and quail, so I always have a surplus of eggs!
In full disclosure, the property is right next to the railroad tracks, and the train can be loud.
About the roomies
I am an older woman, the other tenant currently in the property is a young woman. There are also five cats. We are drug free, clean, and quiet.
