Hello everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease in October. I currently live in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Irvine with 3 women/ 1 man all in their mid to late twenties.

House Amenities: 2 on-site dogs to play with at any-time large kitchen with plenty of counter/cabinet space Porch with a beautiful tree in the front 2-car garage and driveway parking Private bedroom with walk-in closet

Community Amenities: Resort style pool with hot tub (5 min walk) 5 min drive from the market place (almost hundreds of food options) Bike/Walk paths

All the roommates are in their mid to late 20’s and are very down to earth. Everyone is calm and keeps to themselves, but we occasionally all hang out and watch tv or play games.
