The room is approximately 170sq ft with a cathedral ceiling with a nice sized closet. It’s remodeled with new floors and closet doors. The room also comes with a house cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to sweep, mop, disinfect the entire house(unless you prefer otherwise). The condo has a washer dryer on the premises. You’re welcome to use anytime of day. The room comes with access to 4 pools, 4 jacuzzis, a sauna, tennis courts and lots of nearby trails, little less than a mile from Rio Hondo College and very close to the 60 & 605. There is a full kitchen that we share and you are more than welcome to use the fridge- I leave half of the fridge and freezer for your use, you can use our utensils dishes etc.😊some extras we include: We include the purified drinking water, toilet paper, paper towels and general soaps(dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies) We welcome cats both indoor and outdoor. There is a large tv in the room currently but we will gladly remove it if you don’t care to use it. Also I may need to add that we prefer 1 person for the room.

We are an engaged couple. We have the master so we pay a majority of the rent here. I am a full time accountant I work 45 hours a week 8-5 and leave to the gym at 5am. I sometimes go to Rio Hondo college from 6:30-9pm. My fiancé is a programmer that works from home. I am rarely home but my fiancé is home often. He works about 60 hours a week, he keeps to himself. We are a quiet couple we rarely stay home on weekends. We are ok with marijuana inside, we are fine with cigarettes too but those are outside use.
