Room has a built in desk and Ocean Breeze. Close to the Dana Point Marina, Bike Trails, and the Beach. Very nice upscale neighborhood. Spacious house, nicely furnished, nice landscaping, lots of parking. Large kitchen and nice TV Room. Bathroom has a dual sink vanity and a tub and shower. Brand new Air Conditioning in the house. Large kitchen. Of course washer and dryer here. Great walking trail in the neighborhood. Easy bike ride Or walk to the marina and harbor where there is lots of shopping and lots of really great food.

2 single adults here now. It is a large 3,000 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms. We are looking forward to having a new housemate who is easy to live with. Sorry no pets, no drugs, no drama thanks for understanding. Must have a current job, and good references. Good tenure at current job a must.
