I’m renting my bedroom room and private bathroom out of my 2/2 apartment. Living spaces and kitchen shared with a female roommate. You’d take over the lease until December when it’s up or you pay me month to month and I’ll stay on the lease (if I have to stay on the lease then you pay first last, last and move in fee to move in) Room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Vaulted ceilings, big patio, beautiful pool, gym, business center, free parking etc. Located in delray off lake ida and Congress. Rent is 750 plus utilities (around 120 each for electric water and trash), 900 move in fee.
