Hello.. Nice size fully furnished private bedroom for rent in a great area of Apple velley ca. Look to pics for more info. No felons or pets, we already have two small dogs and a cat. Stay overs are ok with a limit of two days a week. You must have a vehicle and a full-time job. No exceptions. Also required 3 months bank statements, valid driver’s license, email, and cell phone. This is for a month to month lease. Deposit covers your last month.
(Also have an additional room available. Huge 400 square feet, walk in closet and private entry for $800.)
