Rent is $1,550.00 a month plus utilities (electricity, gas, house cleaning and supplies, water, Wi-Fi, etc.) for month to month lease, or $1,350.00 for a 6 months lease. A security deposit of the same amount of the rent is due at leasing signing.

We are a laid-back household. We enjoy quiet time just as much we enjoy engrossing in a pleasant conversation with our roommates. We love cooking and occasionally entertaining our closest friends. Everyone cleans after himself and maintains neat the common areas. House cleaning is done once a week. This is a no drama zone. We all follow the tips from our Happy Living Agreement. Life cannot always be perfect, but our home must be a place for all of us to recharge from the outside world, enjoy it, feel comfortable, be respected, and feel welcome. We are health conscious.
