A little like being in the country. This house sits next to a creek and open school district land. There is off street parking and a large garden w/fire pit and bbq. Use of kitchen, living room and a shared bathroom. A few furnishings if needed/wanted as indicated in photos. Walking distance to bus lines, 15 minutes to I80 and BART. Small markets also walking distance. No overnight guests.
About the roomies
I am the property owner. My boyfriend comes to stay a few times/week. I enjoy gardening and hiking. I work close by. I’ve lived in the bay area for over 30 years in different locations. I am respectful, quiet, friendly. We will want to set guidelines about our living together and regular check-ins to see how it’s going.
