Hi guys! I’m subletting my room in Brookline as I’m moving out of state. It’s a gorgeous place, the lease starts from June till August and open for renewal for at least one year. It’s a 3 bed room large apartment with 2 wonderful room mates.
The place is directly by the green line St. Paul station, everything is very accessible. 5 mins walk to Trader Joe’s and Coolidge corner. 15 mins walk to BIDMC. 15 mins from Boston University. 15 mins from Logan International Airport.
The room is $965 a month.
My roommates are medical professionals in their late twenties. Both are quiet and super respectful and are looking for a woman in her late 20s to early 30s with no pets who is similarly considerate and keeps common areas tidy. Send me a message if you’re interested.
