Very nice and clean single family home , large room with two closets and private and remodeled bath , UTILITIES INCLUDED , easy parking , must love animals , have two cats and one dog , SORRY WILL NOT TAKE ANY MORE PETS , Mine will fall in love with tenant ! MUST have decent credit , and be able to obtain credit report , MUST BE EMPLOYED , No smoking inside , clean and nice ! NO COUPLES , NO KIDS , THIS ROOM IS FOR ONE PERSON , REPEAT , ROOM IS FOR ONE PERSON WITH NO PETS .
About the roomies
I live in the home by myself ,have rented a room in the past for over 15 years , I’m fully employed and not home all that much , have lots to do in and out of the home . It’s a great looking home in and out and VERY CLEAN super nice private bath , relaxing with private back yard , cute 4 Legged critters ! Covid -19 Aware Household .
