The apartment is a 2 bed/ 2 bath. It is located in walking distance to VONS, Target, and many breweries.
Mission Valley is only about a 10 min drive. Downtown is about 10-15 min drive.
North Park is definitely a great area to live in for young professionals. I The place is close to the 805 freeway as well.
I am looking for $950 a month plus half utilities. (electric/gas/internet).
