The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, with a lovely upholstered velvet headboard, a 3-drawer mirrored nightstand and an antique tall boy dresser. It also has a closet and full-length mirror. My home is a charming 2/1 with wood floors and a fireplace. The bathroom is shared, but fully remodeled and very clean. I have one 20lbs dog, a 16 year-old Jack Russell mix, and 4 adorable and friendly cats–animal lovers only, please. I live in Miami Springs, which is a very quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of parks and tree-lined streets for roommates who love to walk or run. It is very centrally located near the airport and highways. Utilities and internet are included. I do prefer for roommates not to have guests, as my biggest fear is that one of my cats will dart out an unguarded door and get lost or hit by a car. However, I can be more flexible with those who have experience living with cats and the visitor preference can change as you get familiar with the cats’ sneaky ways. 🙂You are welcome to use the common areas: living room, dining nook, kitchen, and washer/dryer. My home is furnished and already stocked with housewares, so there is no need to bring or purchase anything for the common areas. The back yard is huge and very peaceful. Perfect for those who like to do yoga or exercise or mediate outdoors. I have a breezy front porch for morning coffee with a picturesque garden view, complete with soothing fountain, chirping birds and butterflies!

I’m 35, single, very clean and neat. I love to cook and decorate. I make holidays really fun and festive. I’m so proud of my garden—I love that my home feels like a little slice of paradise. I consider myself a friendly and warm person who loves to make her sanctuary inviting and cozy for friends and loved ones.
