Looking for someone to help with the remaining 9 months of the lease. My old roommate moved out without notice. 2 bed & 2 bathroom in Lawrenceville area. Next to GGC. Utilities included except for electric. The electric depends on usage. Must have a full time job. Pays bills on time. $785 DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRIC!!!!
I do not mind guests as long as we are both respectful. Access to the kitchen of course. Must be able to do a little sit down conversation prior to moving in.

About the roomies
I am outgoing but I can also stay to myself. I don’t do house party’s but I do not mind having people over. I like to keep the place clean. Just looking for someone who is down to earth. I don’t have many rules.
