Eight minutes to Folsom Lake, Old Town Folsom and five minutes to the river. Walk to the neighborhood tennis courts. Parking is in front, on a quiet street.

The bedroom has a double closet, ceiling fan, bay windows, central heat and air. Room in photo shows it furnished, but it’s now unfurnished, so you will need you own furniture. Easy downstairs access, near the front door.

Currently in the home is retired, female homeowner (I still work from home) and a 2nd female renter in her 40’s (who works outside of the home). The other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs as is my office, rental bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. This is my personal residence filled with lovely furnishings, for you to enjoy. Share my large kitchen, for occasional cooking. Convenient laundry room and front living room (the parlor) for you to enjoy. Please be trustworthy, responsible, neat, and willing to clean up after yourself. Be employed full time, outside the home. Rental application and background check required. No drugs, smoking, or drama. No overnight guests (family occasionally). First and last plus $300 security deposit required. $995 per month includes utilities, cable and Wi-fi. Sorry, no pets. I have one sweet, loving cat (Twila), so no cat allergies.
