Our apartment complex Onnix is categorized as a luxury apartment complex, close to ASU campus in Tempe. There is a free shuttle bus stop about five minutes of walking distance from our apartment complex. The free shuttle bus Orbit goes to ASU campus. Parking is free in any parking spot of our apartment complex. There are four laundry facilities on site. You will need to go to the front office to add your name on the lease. Since it is a sublease, you will pay $50.00 as application fees, I am not sure if you need to pay security deposit or not, and you do need to show your proof that you have a job, or enough funds to pay rent. My apartment unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am going to rent out my second bedroom and a bathroom. The monthly rent of $630.00 includes utilities and wifi unless electricity usage is over $100.00 per month. If electricity usage is over $100.00 per month, each of us will pay 50% of the amount over $100.00. Actually rent amount is negotiable. It could be $550.00 to $630.00 per month. If you need to stay longer than eight months, we can renew the lease for a few more months or another year.

I do not drink, I do not do drugs, I am not a party person either. My hobbies are reading, surfing on internet, taking free online courses, especially IT related free courses. I hope my roommate will have similar hobbies as mine.
