About the room
Luxury off-campus apartments near UNLV at Rebel Place. My roommate and I are both from Reno and have made the decision to move back, we have two bedrooms within our four bedroom unit with two existing female roommates available for $590.00/month per room. We are both looking for somebody to take over our 12 month lease (ends in July). Both rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, bed, desk, chair, and two dressers. The unit is fully furnished and has ALL utilities and internet/cable included within the monthly rate. Dogs and cats are allowed within the unit with deposit.
About the roomies
Our unit currently has four occupants that are all females, my roommates and I are currently students at UNLV and work when we are not studying. We keep our apartment clean and quiet, and do not have any pets.
