The available room has a nice 6 month old mattress & nightstands. I can provide you with a dresser. Apartment is beautifully furnished and I have all the streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, and so on) and cable. Great kitchen and I can free up space in drawers if you’d like. I keep the apartment clean but not obsessive about it. Pool and exercise room at complex. Target is right next door and is only a 4 min walk!
