Partially furnished loft space, on University of Bridgeport Campus. A few blocks away from the beautiful seaside park and beach. Minutes away from Webster Bank Arena, Downtown Bridgeport, Public Transportation, and the expressway. Parking is included. Loft area is the space available which means there isn’t no door yet plenty of privacy as it is on another floor. Artistic space with lots of sunlight, equipped with central air, and heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher, WiFi throughout house and television (in living room, not in loft) room to bring your own.

I am an artist recently relocated from New York , I still commute to NY for par time work, yet otherwise work from home as I am returning to school here in Connecticut. I am a vegetarian, 420, lgbtq friendly , cat lover. Although I don’t have a cat! The building and block are fairly quiet, as most people in the building are roughly 25+ yrs of age (not many children in the building). I enjoy my privacy and solitude but love a good conversation, or hang out. I absolutely desire cohabitation with someone who is timely with rent, and helps maintain a clean house.
