Inkwood Court

I am a first-time homeowner that closed on my house on October 20, 2017. It is a 2,249 sf 5/3/2 home located on at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have a 16-year-old cat and a 10-year-old Schnauzer who loves everyone. We are positive, happy people looking for someone who is not an introvert and has a positive attitude about life. I am a Finance Project Manager with a technology consulting firm. My hours are 8-4 M-F. I love theme parks and spend most of my time at work or in theme parks. This is my first home and I am looking for someone that will take care of it with me like it is their own home. As I will be the maintenance person, I need to make sure that the person that moves in with me will not destroy my home. I want to keep things tidy and the common areas clean and neat. I will be asking for a year lease to be signed and notarized.

I tore out the old kitchen and just had a brand new Ikea kitchen installed. It includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and disposal. I also bought a brand new large capacity washer and dryer. Each person is responsible for their own laundry supplies. I have a pool table with a ping pong conversion top and dart board in the game room/gym. We also have an elliptical bike, rowing machine, and a gazelle in the space. Also, I have a swimming pool and hot tub. All carpet has been removed and luxury vinyl tile has been installed throughout the bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, entryway, and hall. The walls, closets, and ceilings have all been painted. The bedrooms also have blackout shades installed.

I live in the Master Bedroom of the home. The available room is on the opposite side of the house but separated by the living room. It is an 10x11 room furnished with a queen bed. There is also a corner desk in the room. It can be removed if necessary.

The rent is $500 a month plus an equal share of utilities.

I am 39 and a business woman. Katrina and Katherine (Kat) live on that side of the house. Katrina works in sales with Expedia. She has variable hours. Kat works M-F 8-5 also in sales.

They are both very clean and expect help keeping the shared bathroom clean. The three of you would share a bathroom.

Wendy lives in the bonus room that is on the opposite side of the house and works from home. She pretty much keeps to herself.
