The condo is welcoming and comfortable, located within a gated community that is also walking distance from the Aliso Viejo Town Center. Included is also the use of the complex’s pool and spa. Looking for a respectful, and easy-going female roommates between the ages of 21-60. Sorry, no couples or dual occupancy in the rooms. Also, no drugs, smoking, excessive drinking, or pets.

Lease Details: (first come first serve) use of the other garage spot (the second renter will be responsible for a $200 parking permit), and utilities (water, gas, and trash) will be split 1/3
