Single room with a private bath available in a cute little 3 Bedroom condo in a gated HOA community in Kent. We’re minutes away from Kent station and within walking distance to Target and other major stores. This room comes with a spot in the attached garage and the complex has ample parking for guests as well as a car washing station. The unit has it’s own washer dryer and dishwasher, and has recently been updated. There’s also an extra fridge in the garage. Internet included, but other utilities will be split. We have very friendly neighbors! I love animals and would be excited to meet your bird/lizards/fish/cats/dogs! unfortunately due to my homeowner’s insurance restrictions I can only rent to dogs under 30lbs

My name is Nicolle and I have a tiny little 10lb dog named Kat. We just moved to the area and are having a fun time exploring!

I love baking and traveling, I also like to go on hikes and enjoy working on crochet projects. I keep things tidy and am generally pretty quiet, I’m laid back and easy to get along with and hoping to find a roommate who is the same :) Occasionally I have family and friends from out of town come up to visit, and work an early morning shift.
