I have a 1 bedroom & 1 bath available on South Congress SEPT 1 or near that date. It is in a gated Condo community with parking included! It is $800 ABP and the room can either be furnished or non furnished. It is a great space and a 5 minute walk to South Congress or 10 min scooter ride to downtown. Its a pretty big place with a great patio, washer, dryer, dish washer, wifi included! I love it here, its very safe and has a good mixture of neighbors. I would love to live with another girl around 20s-30s! NO CATS but I wouldnt mind another dog.
