Room has a walkin closet, linen closet, large vanity in bathroom, and there is a water softener for the whole property. The home is a new build with lots of upgrades in the kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, and many other areas. This is a single story home located with easy access to the 303 and 17. You can also easily access the 101 by heading south on the 17. There is a den that has been turned into a light workout room.

I am a 23 year old female, work full time, and am generally quiet. I have 3 dogs, one of which comes to work with me every day. The hair is maintained by 2 robot vacuums, plus I clean regularly. I may have guests from time to time and am open to you having them too! I would like to be social but still have our alone time. Other roommate is a 25 year old female. Works at a gym with Th & Su off. Very friendly and laid back.
