Hello! I’ve been living here in Camden Bay Apartments for a year and half and it’s hands down my favorite apartment complex, but I am moving back home out of state and need someone to pick up my lease until August 8, 2020. Bethany is the roommate that will be living here with you and she goes out of town all the time so you basically have the place to yourself. She’s lived at Camden Bay for close to 3 years.

About community: Beautifully located less then 5 minutes from target, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and parks! You can walk to the shopping center at the entrance where there’s a cute bakery, LA fitness, massage spa, nail tech, Logan’s roadhouse and more! There’s two resort like pools, grills, private community pier to the water and dock. The fitness center has servers pieces of equipment and a yoga room facing one of the pools. The office members here are great and always helpful.

The apartment is on the top floor so we have vaulted ceilings and no one above us making noise. Apartment is completed furnished, including kitchen ware except your bedroom. Bedroom does come with a full size box spring if you like. This room is larger then the other and has a double window facing the fitness center where one of the pools are. Great view and the lighting from it! Bathroom is a nice size with a huge tub. Closest also a nice size with many shelves. Also included with the apt is a storage unit and Valet parking trash.
