The rental price does not include utilities (electricity, internet, and cable TV), except water. If you don’t have a car there is offer to using the car which comes with the apartment. I’m a graduate student at Mason. I’m 29. I am a non-smoker and do not have a pet. I would occasionally invite guests over. I love cooking. As a graduate student I’m always have a strict deadline.
