The common areas will be shared with one person, washer/dryer are located in the apartment complex. No pets allowed by the building.

The apartment is a short distance away from a Lucky grocery store, Korean and Hindu markets, Walgreen’s pharmacy and shopping center.

Rent is $1,300/month, utilities are not included in the rent and are about $250 roughly per month but, this will be divided equally. The space is ideal for a young professional looking a long term lease. There is an $800.00 deposit that will be returned when moving out and there is a $25 application fee set by the building.

The space is available on September 11th.

I am a young professional; archaeology technician and I leave the apartment early in the morning and return late in the afternoon during the weekdays and, I am mostly home during the weekends. I am looking for a responsible, clean, organized person to share the apartment with.
