The last photo is your view from your balcony and room. Your new room is nice sized with a walk in closet, beautiful French doors leading to a back deck with a great view from the top floor of the house. A very clean house, driveway parking spot, shared kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, and three bathrooms. House has 5G internet. Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Whole Foods, Morumbi BJJ, Gold’s Gym, and Tarantula Hill Brewery. Living here really is “living the dream”.
About the roomies
Two roomies atm, you would be the third. Both of us work long hours, workout often, meal prep often, and keep the house clean. We don’t care if you are male or female, just be clean and honest. Bonus points if you train BJJ, lift, play disc golf, and/or surf.
