Looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom/two bath gated condo in Ponte Vedra Beach. It is a great community; it has a gym, pool area with beach volleyball, jacuzzi, and grill. It also has a free tanning bed, mini theater, and other amenities. I am looking for a professional, who is very responsible, and comfortable to be around. $800/month which includes rent, utilities and a weekly maid service. $50 lease, $800 deposit, and $50 credit/background check are required. Dog friendly but no dobermans, rottweilers or any dog that looks like a pit, association’s rules, sorry! Please call me if interested, Thanks!
