Great access to everything, close to many small park and restaurants. Property is clean, tile, and a/c works like a charm. Shared bathroom, but I’m rarely home anyways. Friendly neighbors too. There are furniture and a 45inch tv in the living room.

I don’t drink at home but smoke out the backdoor that is part of my room late when I am back.
