The room has it’s own attached full bath and walk in closet. The room is bright and airy with 4 big windows. This bedroom is considered a second Master Suite. Shared space is the living room, kitchen, dining room. Deck off the kitchen and covered balcony off the living room. Very clean.

I am looking for a Female. No couples.

Roomie is the 55 year old female owner - me. I currently work mostly from home due to COVID. When I’m in work mode - I’m in work mode and I am all business.

Absolutely not looking for drama. I go to bed early, and get up very early. I will not tolerate the use of drugs or other illegal activity in my home. I am not a big drinker and would prefer someone who also is not. I am really looking for someone like minded and around my same age.

I have a cat that is very friendly, but does not do well with other cats, so unfortunately I cannot accommodate another cat or other animal in the house at this time.

No Drugs, No Drama, No Extra People. I am only looking to rent to one female.

If you have a guest over, they need to be gone before the lights go out. I would also expect if you bring someone into my home - that you know them well. This is my safe haven, where all my belongings are. I am not keen on the idea of strangers of questionable or unknown character rifling around in my space.

Please be responsible with your finances and be able to pay rent on time.

If I sound like I expect a lot - I do. I do not want to be uncomfortable in my home. I have put a lot of time, effort and money into making this home a nice, clean, comfortable, and safe place. I expect someone who is sharing the space to be conscientious and respectful. What I am offering is a clean, safe, comfortable place for the right person.

The available room is fully furnished and all you need to bring is clothes and some personal effects.

You are expected to supply your own food, toilet paper and occasionally contributing to some of the common kitchen items that may be needed like an occasional roll of paper towels.

I take care of all the utilities - electricity, gas, internet, water, and trash. Lending a hand on occasion to make sure trash is put to the curb for trash pick up day would be very much appreciated!

Believe it or not, aside from all of my expectations - I am very friendly and have a great sense of humor. :) and will happily engage in conversation when I’m not in “work mode”.

Proof of employment is required. I am looking for this roommate situation to not be longer than a year in duration.

This would be a great location for a professional that works on Windward Parkway.
