Bedroom has its own private entrance. Gated backyard, king bed , fully furnished room for one busy lifestyle working professional, no kids, or party allowed . It’s a peaceful respectful environment for busy working professionals only, in a custom large home, in the residential neighborhood. Smoking outside the room only. Parking on a private driveway. No laundry , no kitchen . It is not a place for work from home or retirees. Must have a very busy lifestyle. Small pet is ok as long as you take it with you when you leave for a day.
About the roomies
Other tenants live on the other side of the house in its private space . Owner lives here too and has its own separate private space .
