About the room
This townhouse is right in the heart of Wilton Manors. Walking distance to Wilton Drive, bars, restaurants and more. There is a publix 3 blocks away, a few parks nearby, and Lucky’s is a quick 2 min drive.
The building is brand new, and the room available is on the 3rd floor and has own closet and bathroom as well as access to to two living rooms for whatever you want to do. Has 2 car garage, so one spot available as well as in-unit washer and dryer.
Only request is no pets, as I have one and would like to keep the house clean. There is also no yard, so that makes it tricky.
About the roomies
Easy going, pet loving guy who is newer to South Florida and looking for a roommate who likes sports and to chill. I am super laid back, really enjoy having my own space and “me” time, as well as spending time with my dog.
