You will get your personal room and shared bathroom with 1 guy. We are family of 4. Sorry No smoking no drugs and no pets allowed. You welcome to come and check the room before signing any monthly agreement. All utilities are included such as water, electricity, trash, internet. We don’t allow cooking meat because we been vegetarian all our life but you can bring meat in your room. We are fine with that.
About the roomies
It is 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom brand new house. It is very nice community. We have library next to our community and also Georgia State University, all major highways are only within 3 miles and grocery stores nearby. If you have more questions feel free to ask.
