Monthly rent is $1300 not including utilities (Utilities and Wifi about $40-$90 per month depending on season). Move in cost = first months rent plus security/cleaning deposit. Application fee of $25 for basic credit rating / background report.

Unit includes unfurnished private bathroom, bedroom with furnished and covered patios.
