About the room
I just purchased a condo, and it has two bedrooms, so in order to help with monthly expenses I’m looking for a roommate ☺️. (Move in date is September 5th.)
I have one bedroom available, but there’s only one bathroom so that will be shared.
The condo is located near 635 and Royal Lane, 9 minutes to Richland College and 20 minutes to UTD.
Rent will be $500 and will include all utilities, including wifi.
About the roomies
A little about me….I am a 59 year old woman who works from home, and I’m very laid back. I really get along with just about anybody, although I do tend to keep mostly to myself working or drawing.
I have a small dog, and if you have a pet you can definitely bring it ☺️.
I don’t care at all about gender or race or sexual orientation or anything like that….I just want to find someone nice and kind and responsible to share my space with ☺️.
