You will have a private room with a private detached bathroom with full access to the kitchen and living area. I will set up a TV and most probably put a couch in the living area which you are welcome to use at any time as your own.

Most suitable for young working professionals or full-time students.
No families or kids. The only other requirement: MUST CLEAN AFTER THEMSELVES, especially after using the kitchen, the dining area or the living area. Please don’t leave trash or food crumbs all around.

Hi. I am Aziz. I recently graduated from UC Irvine and I work full time as a product engineer here in Redlands. I am 26 yrs old and pretty laid back. I just rented the apartment and looking for a roommate(s). I am very easy to get along with and very relaxed about almost anything. But I like to keep my surroundings tidy. I usually play video games, watch Netflix or just study after I’m back from work.

Things I like: Anime, FPS games (I’m playing DOOM these days), eating out at different places, cats, driving mountain roads, deep philosophical discussions (jk). I can keep to myself but don’t mind hanging out either. Also, I am an average cook :/
