House is located near William Jessup University off hwy 65 on a quiet, safe court. It is in a four bedroom house, with the room located up stairs. The room is located right next to the shared bath in the hallway. A beautiful, nice sized back yard and patio. Fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms for all of us to share. Any size bed could fit in the room, along with a dresser and night stand.
The property has full security system. If you would like cable in your room, you can pay an additional $10 per month for the box. The home is kept clean, and clutter free with regular lawn maintenance.

My sister and I bought the home in July and have one roommate moving in this weekend. We are looking for one more roommate to join our happy home.

We enjoy peaceful nights, have minimal guests over, occasional parties with friends, and both work full time jobs. There are two friendly dogs in the home. We are looking for a female roommate who is tidy, responsible, pays rent on time, has minimal house guests up to three times a week, and works outside of the home, preferably full time. No pets, drugs, or long term house guests. Smoking ok outside the home.
A $400 security deposit is required and held for any potential damage that may happen to the property or its furnishings. It is a month to month lease and a $40 background check is required.
