Hey! I am going to be starting a lease at the property I work at. I will be in a two bed two bath apartment. You will have your own room, and bath, but it will be in the hall. 1,025 sq ft. & we would split utilities, Ga Power, and Renters Insurance in half! I have bedroom furniture for myself, and we can work out how we will furnish the rest of the apartment. It is pet-friendly, but you will be responsible for the $300 deposit, and $30 a month fee.

I will be the only other occupant. I am very out going love animals, but will have none of my own. I do not have kids, as I am only 18. I would love to make a new friend through this process!
