About the roomies
I’m an interior designer and a lover of anything creative! I spend most of my time traveling, designing, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with my fur baby, Azul! I love Colorado and everything it has to offer! This secluded mountainside cottage is quiet and peaceful in the heart of nature! I’m typically gone every weekend, but work from home throughout the week. There is only one bathroom which we will share. Surveillance or recording devices are on the property - Unfortunately I’ve had valuables stolen and raging parties which aren’t allowed at my home. The device is NOT in any private spaces. This is only used to protect both of us, and protecting and securing my property.
NOTE:: ~Must be quiet, clean, respectful, and have a full time job ~Will need a rental reference ~No pets allowed. I have a very fluffy friendly husky you can enjoy! ~Rent is due by the 3rd of each month ~Security deposit can be broken down into 3 payments if needed ~All utilities, trash and high speed Internet are included
