Nice apartment 20 minutes or so from downtown Columbus, The complex has 7 pools as well as tennis courts, volleyball courts and several gyms. I’ve been here for about a year and have nothing but good things to say so far. Apartment complex will require an application (no deposit needed)

If you cannot do the apartment application we will sign a contract between roommates.

Have included the floorplans and a photo of the main pool at the apartments, if you would like more photos or to check the room out, just shoot me a message.

Water, sewage and trash are included with rent, The power bill is separate and we would split it 50/50, Currently my power bill is flat billed at 190$.

I’m a 28 year old homebody that works from home as well, I have one cat named mufasa that is generally chill unless you are playing with her.

I am fine with keeping to myself and not interacting much, or being on friendly terms.

Looking for someone else that also enjoys the a/c on the colder side.
