Hallway bathroom to be shared with only one more person, Washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. 91 and 15 fwy entrance 3 minutes away, major shopping center on McKenley St. 3 minutes away. House is located at the quite north side of the 91 fwy. Plenty of street parking with no worries about street sweeper.

I am a single 43 year old male living by myself with my Belgian shepherd and maltipoo dog. The dogs are mostly outside dogs and very calm and mostly quite. There is no other people living in the house at this time, however there will be another roommate in the close future.
